The Waterlin Coffee Bar & Bistro plans to open Oct. 1 in Menomonee Falls. The new dining spot is part of the transformation of a former Radisson Hotel into a Delta by Marriott. The restaurant space previously was RBG Bar & Grill. Darcy Griswold, director of sales and marketing for the hotel, said Waterlin will have not only a restaurant and bar, but also a coffee bar and marketplace. Customers can purchase grab-and-go snacks or meals to warm up late at night.
