An upcoming restaurant in Menomonee Falls says its menu is focused on classic comfort dishes with a modern twist. Waterlin Coffee Bar & Bistro is the new name for the former RBG Bar & Grill at a hotel that previously operated under the Radisson brand. As the hotel at N88 W14750 Main St. transitions to become a Delta by Marriott, the restaurant is also transitioning.
