Following a successful opening, Waterlin Coffee Bar & Bistro, located in the Delta Hotels by Marriott Milwaukee Northwest, is having some fun with the restaurant’s name. Waterlin, is a unique spin on a tribute to Francis Walterlin, who is credited with launching the ice harvesting industry in 1897. The missing “L” is the inspiration behind the scavenger hunt, which will send participants in search of the missing “L” hidden at 13 public locations in the area. Successful searchers will be rewarded with everything from coffee and a pastry to lunch or dinner for four.
