Waterlin Coffee Bar & Bistro, the restaurant in the new Delta by Marriott hotel in Menomonee Falls, is opening in October, its operators say. The restaurant, in the former Radisson Hotel, N88-W14750 Main St., originally was expected to debut in summer, but construction delays pushed back the opening, a spokeswoman said. It will have an all-day menu, and it will brew with beans from Milwaukee roaster Stone Creek at its coffee bar.

MENOMONEE FALLS — The logo for the new Waterlin Coffee Bar and Bistro is of a block of ice with harvesting tools — symbolizing the area’s historic ice harvesting industry and the man who started it on the Menomonee River. The all-day bistro and bar is set to open this summer in the former Radisson Hotel, which is undergoing a major $3.5 million conversion to a Delta Hotel by Marriott.

A new all-day eatery, called Waterlin Coffee Bar & Bistro, will open later this summer in Menomonee Falls. The restaurant will take over a 6,100 square-foot space that previously housed RBG Bar & Grill inside the former Radisson Hotel at N 88 W 14750 Main St. That hotel is currently undergoing a $3.5 million project to be converted to a new Delta Hotel by Marriott.
